How do I access my Windows Hosting Control Panel?

To access your Windows Control Panel, perform the following steps:

• In your Web browser Address text box, enter your domain name, followed by /stats/ and press Enter. For example: http://www.forexample-domain.com/stats/.

Note: If you cannot reach your Control Panel using the previous address, you can also access it directly by going to your domain name, followed by :81/ControlPanel/ For example: http://www.forexample-domain.com:81/ControlPanel/.

Note: Using your domain name to access the Control Panel may not work if you have just recently purchased a hosting plan with us, or if you have purchased a plan that does not provide you with a Control Panel associated with a domain name. In such cases, you'll want to use your IP address instead of a domain name. For example: http://10.110.10.10/stats/. Your IP Address was provided in your Activation Notice e-mail message. You can also find your IP Address using ping. For help finding your IP address, go to How do I find my Web site IP address using ping?

• You are asked to enter the user ID and password we sent to you in your Activation Notice.
• Click Ok. Your Hosting Control Panel appears.
• Bookmark your Control Panel. This enables you to get to your control panel quickly and easily. For information about how to bookmark your Control Panel, check the help documentation in your browser.
