How do I view my Web statistics for my Website?

Note: The Urchin statistics tool is password-protected by default with the same password used to access the Control Panel when you opened the account.

The Urchin statistics tool provides extensive information about the effectiveness of your Website. Some of the categories include a daily visitor traffic report, a pages visited report, where visitors were referred from, the domains visitors came from, and what browsers they used.

To create a user Urchin login:

• Select My Website from the Jump to: drop-down list. The My Website Home page appears.
• Click Web Access. The Web Access window appears.
• Click Directory Login List. The Directory Logins window appears.
• Select Urchin from the Select a Directory drop-down list. The Directory Logins window refreshes.

Note: To create a user's Urchin login, you must delete and re-create the user.

• Select the check box next to the user ID you want to create a Urchin login.
• Click Delete. A message appears asking if you are sure you want to delete the selected user.
• Click OK. The Directory Logins window appears confirming that the user has been deleted.
• Click Create Login. The Create Login window appears.
• Type the same User ID you deleted in Step 6 in the User ID field.
• Type the new password in the Password field.

Note: Although the Password fields will accept more than 8 characters, only the first 8 characters are stored, including spaces.

• Retype the new password in the Confirm Password field.
• Click Save. The Directory Logins window refreshes with a message confirming that the Urchin directory has been created.

To view your Website statistics :

• Select My Website from the Jump to: drop-down list. The My Website Home page appears.
• In the Things to do in my Website window , click View statistics.
• If a login window appears, type your user ID and password; then press the Enter key.

The Urchin Website statistics window appears.
