Why do my reports show that there are traffic and orders for my store, but I haven’t seen any?

This usually indicates that the report settings for the store have not been configured yet, so you are seeing information about traffic and sales in other stores, not your own store. Click Configure Reports on the Reports screen and follow the help for that screen to make sure that your reports are configured correctly.
