Q: How do I launch the Easy Website Wizard web site creator?

Log into your Control Panel and click Easy Website Wizard.  The Easy Website Wizard window appears, with instructions on how to get your personal Web site up and running in a short time.

Q: What should I do if Easy Website Wizard does not launch when I click on the link?

First make sure that your browser is set to allow pop-ups.  Easy Website Wizard will not launch of your pop-up blocker is enabled.  Set your browser or pop blocker software to temporarily allow pop-ups and try again.

If Easy Website Wizard still will not launch, please make sure you are using a supported browser.  Easy Website Wizard works with the following browsers:

1. Win 2k SP4 or later, MS Internet Explorer 6.0.28 or later | SP1 or later,  MSXML 4.0 | SP2 or later
2. Win 2k SP4 or later, Mozilla Firefox 1.0.0 or later

Q: Do I need to know HTML to create my website?

You do not need any previous knowledge of HTML or  have any type of programming experience. It is not necessary to install any software. All you need is access to the Internet. You create and edit your website from your browser.  It’s easy!

Q: Getting Started: What is my first step?

After launching Easy Website Wizard, select a category from the top navigation bar that best describes your business. Subcategories will appear in the right column. If you feel your business does not fall within any of the proposed choices, or if you would like to set up a personal website, select Neutral Presentation or Personal Homepage. Follow the online instructions to build your Web page.
