What are the File size limits for my Business Class e-mail?
Maximum file size - 12 MB
Please note that the maximum size of an inbound and outbound message is 12MB, however limits for mail destined to sites outside of our offering will be determined in part by the policies in place on the destination mail server, and could be set to less than 12MB.
What is the maximum number of recipients to which I can send one message?
There is no limit to the maximum number of recipients on our servers. Other domains, however, may impose restrictions that would limit a customer’s ability to send mail to a given number of recipients at that domain.
What is the limit on my mailbox size/storage?
Mailboxes are set to a limit of 10 megabytes each.
What is the expiration limit for mail?
Mail will expire after 90 days on the server.
