What are the File size limits for my Business Class e-mail?
Maximum message size - 30 MB (inbound and outbound) including any headers, attachments and body of message
Please note that the maximum size of an inbound and outbound message is 30MB, however limits for mail destined to sites outside of our offering will be determined in part by the policies in place on the destination mail server, and could be set to less than 30MB.
What is the maximum number of recipients to which I can send one message?
Max number of recipients is 500 per message.
What is the limit on my mailbox size/storage?
The default mailbox size is 250 MB. Customers may re-allocate mailbox sizes but may not go above the total storage allocated to the account (10GB total storage & 10 e-mail addresses for a basic account). Upgrades are available up to 100GB total storage/100 e-mail adresses.
What is the expiration limit for mail?
Mail messages in the Trash Can and Junk folder will be auto-deleted after 7 days. All other mail messages are retained until the user deletes them.
